PLEASE COME WITH YOUR SKIN CLEAN AND FREE OF ANY MAKEUP OR OIL. PLEASE AVOID USING ANY RETINOL, AHA, OR BHA SKINCARE PRODUCTS FOR 7 TO 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines: 1. Avoid getting your eyebrows wet for at least 48 hours. 2. When washing your face, try to keep water away from your brows, especially if you have a tint. If water accidentally gets on your brows during your skincare routine, refrain from using heavy exfoliants. 3. If you have laminated brows, make sure to keep them nourished and hydrated by using castor oil or another oil of your choice.

The payment methods accepted are cash, card or apple pay. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that will go towards your service, but can be applied to your reschedule with a 24-hour notice. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, card, or Apple Pay. The remaining balance will be collected at the end of your appointment.

Please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, you have a 10-minute grace period to arrive. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied, after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
