CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING POLICY Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to your reschedule with a 24-hour notice. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, card, or Apple Pay. If you are running late, you have a 10-minute grace period to arrive. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied, after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service price.
