CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING POLICY PAYMENT METHODS A 30% non-refundable retainer fee is required for your appointment and can be applied toward your reschedule with 24-hour notice. The remaining balance due at the appointment can be paid in cash, by card, or via Zelle. LATE POLICY There’s a 10-minute grace period, after 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the retainer fee will be forfeited. NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY Clients who fail to show without notice will be restricted from future bookings. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in your retainer being forfeited. SQUEEZE-IN POLICY Squeeze-in appointments outside of standard hours, early or late, will incur a $30 fee. Please text me directly to schedule. BEFORE APPOINTMENT Please come with your face washed and your brows clean. No tretinoin 24 hours before your appointment.
